STX Heavy Industries does not yield or give up ethical management for the sake of the company's interests.

Even if it is a decision that brings many benefits, we will never make such a choice or action if it violates ethical management. The reason is that we have a firm belief that ethical management and the company's interests never conflict.

Unethical behavior can bring short-term profit, but it can destroy the company's reputation in a moment. Therefore, we can give a chance to try again to employees who cannot achieve their management goals but cannot tolerate ones who fail in ethical management. There are no exceptions for any situation or anyone. In particular, the leaders of the organization, including the company's top management, should not only set an example for ethical management practice on their own but also lead the members to practice ethical management so that ethical management can take root in the organization. Most of the companies that appeared splendidly but disappeared into history were those that failed in ethical management. In other words, companies that fail in ethical management will inevitably go bankrupt.
