Ethical management Ethical & Practical management

We take the lead as the World Best STX
with a sense of ethics and responsibility.

We would like to ask all executives and employees to take voluntary and active practice so that STX Heavy Industries can contribute to the development of humankind as a respected global company.

A company's value can be evaluated depending on how deeply it earns trust from all stakeholders: customers, employees, shareholders, investors, business partners, and society.

A respected company is not defined by the size of its sales and profits. This trust does not come by accident. A trustworthy relationship can only be established when a company sets high ethical standards and continuously practices them. STX Heavy Industries does not yield or give up ethical management for the sake of the company's interests.

Even if it is a decision that brings many benefits, we will never make such a choice or action if it violates ethical management. The reason is that we have a firm belief that ethical management and the company's interests never conflict.
It is the duty and responsibility of STX Heavy Industries' executives and employees to make efforts to practice ethical management.

Unethical behavior can bring short-term profit, but it can destroy the company's reputation in a moment. Therefore, we can give a chance to try again to employees who cannot achieve their management goals but cannot tolerate ones who fail in ethical management. There are no exceptions for any situation or anyone. In particular, the leaders of the organization, including the company's top management, should not only set an example for ethical management practice on their own but also lead the members to practice ethical management so that ethical management can take root in the organization. Most of the companies that appeared splendidly but disappeared into history were those that failed in ethical management. In other words, companies that fail in ethical management will inevitably go bankrupt. We would like to ask all employees to take voluntary and active practice so that STX Heavy Industries can contribute to the development of humankind as a respected global company.
